I'm looking to refinance my home because I have an adjustable rate and it has gone up twice raising my payment almost 0. I would have refinanced sooner but I listed my home 5 months ago and no one would refinance it. I need help very soon or I will be headed towards forclosure!!!!!!
I took my house off the market 5 months ago. I was working with a lender who said they could help. she told me not to pay my house payment for september because I would need it for closing and then I called her everyday she wouldn't get back to me and I got a 30 late on my credit which dropped my score almost two points! I ended up paying my house payment late then I finally got a hold of the lender and she told me there was nothing she could do until my house was off the market for 6 months (which will be the begining of feb)

I have checked my credit and discovered that a car dealership has run my credit. It is a hard inquiry, reflecting on my score. I have never applied for credit at this company, or even inquired. What I have done was make a car payment to this company for an ex over the phone with my credit card two years ago. I believe that this company is looking to reposses the vehicle, and is checking my info in order to attempt to track the ex down. This is incredibly wrong to me, but is it legal?

I have an 80/20 loan and paying about 6.75 for the 1st and 9.99% for the 2nd. I want to lower my payments is that possible? I pay about 00 a mo now with prop taxes and mortgage. Prepay penalty will end after 2 yr loan in January. I make about 0,000 a year...cash on hand is low right now though.
Oh, I do not want to cash out, I just want to get the same loan amount I already have.
