How Old Do You have to be to buy a prepaid greendot visa card from a store like walgreens, rite-aid, walmart,etc.?

I am incorporating a new company in 2 weeks, and after a few weeks of working up the capital, i would like to seek to get a Business Credit Card, espically from American Express. Since the company is a corporation, though new, i am wondering if i can get approved for the credit card.
I currently have a 730 credit score, I have had a Visa Credit Card for around 5 months, and have paid all my bills 100% and all on time. The only thing, is that i have 3 inquiries from August / September of 2006, when i opened my Checking / Savings Account and Credit Card.
Is this still possible?

I currently use a college visa card through citibank. I don't like it because the statements are hard to understand. I never seem to know how much I owe, what my total balance is ect..
Anybody recommend any cards with easier to understand statements?
can please someone help me, i have a presentation about plastic card, i got all the information needed but i still can't figure out the difference between Master cards and Visa cards, aren't they the same? i mean isn't Visa card part of Master card, for it's fully charged, just like the Master card, but the Master card on top of being fully charged it could be also revolving.

I got an offer in the mail for two platinum credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD) for a credit line of up to 10,000!! They say there are no credit checks and it states: Your credit limit will be equal to and fully secured by your FDIC insured new Millenium Bank savings account and your card(s) will be sent immediately upon receipt of your request. Now the thing that scares me and makes me confused is this: They are asking me to send a payment!! They say if I get both cards I pay 37.50 with a savings of over .00 or I can get just one for .00..Last time I checked, I never paid a credit card company anything for opening an account. The Visa and MasterCard logos are there but is this legit and how do I find out??
