credit-report-score.10001mb.com – try this site. I use it to monitor my credit and also cleaned off some bad items from my credit report. You can apply for free initial plan and get your scores and reports for free.
Get a copy of your credit report
For all you know, maybe your parents *borrowed* your social security # and established credit in your name? The good news is, it sounds as if they paid the bill if that indeed occurred.

Okay, everyone is allowed one free credit report per year, you can go to http://www.freecreditreport.com and download and see what is on it.
(the site will try to charge you for "security" updates and your credit score for each of the 3 bureaus but you don’t need any of that since you already know it, but you don need to know what’s on there)
If you have a common last name for example I’ve seen credit lines show up (both good and bad) on someone else’s report. There is some kind of history there I’ve seen people never late with 20 years credit history not have that high of score.
Regardless how it happened, be responsible with it, you have a lot of power you are going to realize and can use it wisely to do great things…Party with or live above your means you’ll shoot what could be a blessing here right out of the water…ya know?
