I want to know about the american express credit card in costco?

for example,
if i have a costco membership card now and i apply for an American Express credit card at costco.
Q1:can i use the American Express card instead of costco membership card to go into costco?
Q2:if Q1 is sure,is that mean all the American Express card are able to instead of costco membership card?
Q3:if next year,I don't want to pay the membership fee and I don't have the membership card,can I still use the American Express credit card applied from costco?

You need the Costco membership card to buy at Costco. The AmEx card can be used anywhere AmEx is accepted and can be used after your Costco membership expires.
BTW, an AmEx is dumb card to have. It has an annual fee and is not accepted in very many places.
You need a Costco card to make purchases. The AmEx card is just a method of payment for your membership and purchases.
There is a statement in their business catalog (it has an application). It states: "Thus card has no annual fee with a paid Costco membership."
So, I would presume that there is probably a hefty annual fee if your Costco membership is terminated. Since they also have a Universal Default Clause, count on the interest rate increase also.
They do have a statement that says that they may (read that as WILL) change (read that as INCREASE) your interest rates for failure to comply with the terms of your account.
There’s a statement that also says that the AmEx card is for business purposes only. If you use if for private purchases, you would be in violation of your agreement. Universal Default Clause again?
