You seems too teeny to be allowed to register for a prepaid credit card,life if not a bed of ROSE petal,but has thorns of ROSES most of the time.good luck!
I dont know what type of major department stores you have near you but here in the US you can buy them at any major grocery stores, Walmarts, Targets, KMarts..an store like that. I hope this helps.
