Debit Cards?

Hey guys i am 14yrs old and i have not got any money in the bank whatsoever, however i am seriously considering opening a bank account of a savings account beacuse i want to start buying online. Now which is the best bank in the UK to join for a 14yr old looking to buy online? AND are 14yr olds allowed debit cards?

I am a banker in the US, and yes you can open an acct. at age 14. BUT it is highly recommended that you do NOT use a debit card for online (internet) purchases. Hackers can get your info, and it is tied to your bank acct. Please get a credit card for online purchases, it is safer, and you are not responsible for unauthorized purchases, and credit cards have higher security features.
Now I am in the US, but I am sure that you would not be able to get a debit card.. First off, at 14 you do not have any job, so no income? Sorry!
