how can i do this without using my credit card? i need a cvv2, an expiration date and everything.

I agree, don’t do it unless you know and fully trust the company you are dealing with. Generally you don’t want to give out that information becuase many of the companies are legal, but not morally acceptable. 3
I have seen many instances when the online company says that the account is free for 30 days then a charge will be made to your account if you do not cancel the service. However the phone number that the company provides is always busy and you cannot cancel. After 30 days they legally charge your card because you didn’t cancel the service.
No. Don’t do it.
Find an alternative to whatever it is you’re trying to do. An alternative website, company or whatever.
You could either run into "Oh no, we accidentally charged you the month anyway…" "Oh, we never received your cancellation…" "We did cancel it," then the next month there’s another charge: "Okay, NOW we’ll cancel it…" etc.
The other potential here is ID theft.
If they are asking for your credit card info, they are going to charge you for something. That free account is probably a trial offer or a scam to get your info. Don’t give your info.
