Can I use a In Store Credit Walmart card to buy a gift Visa card at Walmart?

I threw away a recipt for a playstation I got at Walmart on accident. And go and behold something was wrong with it after 2 weeks, I returned it and they gave me a card with instore credit. I was wondering what we can buy off them. If I can buy a gift visa card with it so I can have some cash on hand?
