I would like a good deal Im new to the foreclosure market and never even bought a house before. Can anyone sum up for me real quick the fastest way to do it? Sounds a bit suspicious. I would suggest reading books on the subject. Some will even walk you step-by-step through the process of obtaining, preparing, and selling foreclosure properties.

lol good luck getting a house for $600. The way you would have to do it is basically show up at an auction and bid on the properties. Just be warned the most of the other ppl there are going to be investors too with more experience than you.
Forget those scam websites. That ain’t gonna happen. Start by learning the basics of home buying. There are a number of good books available.
it depends on where you live how you buy one. where I live, they are listed by real estate brokers just as any other house.
I’d say check the BBB out on that company.

FHA repo’s are everywhere!! the fortunes.com sounds like a get rich scam??? nothing else try a local bank they can tell you where to go? p.s. you don’t need 5 years of learning to know how to do it!! go to real-estste school like i did for about $100 dollars it took me less than 2 months!!
