Absolutely. I suggest getting the Bank Freedom prepaid debit card http://www.bankfreedom.com – I’ve done a lot of research on the subject and their card is by far the best. They have no activation fee and there is no monthly fee if you have your paycheck directly deposited on the card. You can load them with Green Dot MoneyPaks at a heck of alot of places. They work just like a credit card and there is no credit check or bank needed.

yes. you don’t need to tell them ur pin. just the numbers and the expiration date. and possibly the 3 digit confirmation number on the back of your card
