It’s highly doubtful.
I’m sure things have changed since I left he manufactured home industry more than 10 years ago. Back then, it was easier to get a loan for a site-built home than a manufactured home. Plus the interest rates were higher on manuf homes.
Now though, it’s hard for anyone to get a mortgage. You have to have a good-sized down payment and very good credit.
