This is what I would do in your situation. Since you already have an Orchard Bank card (which I have myself), what I would do is open a secured credit card. Although you would have to put up a deposit for collateral, they’re much easier to get than regular cards, and to be honest noone can tell the difference. What’s even better, you can control the limit instead of being at the mercy of the CC company and them telling you what you should have. As long as you pay on time, you’ll get the deposit back sometime later. I posted several links to some secured card companies, from my personal experience, Bank of America offers the best overall secured card.
Most companies will approve with that score. Chase is a good card as is Washington Mutal.
Be advised that your starting credit may not be as high as you wish, but it will increase as you use your card.
There are too many factors that could be involved to say who will. I’m sure a card listed as "bad credit" would check at http://time2applynow.com but you can have a decent score and they still may not approve you based upon so many factors, like amount of revolving credit you already have, how close you are to limits, etc etc. You can have a decent score based upon payment history and not be able to get more.
