If I don't make any charges on my credit card and have no prior payments to make do I pay anything?

I know this seems strange but, if I haven't made any charges on my credit card during a billing period and don't owe any money from the previous period, will I have to pay anything?

You shouldn’t have to pay anything if what you state is the case, just be aware that some cards carry an ‘Annual Fee’ so even if you never used the card you may potentiallly need to pay something.

Check the terms of your credit card and review your monthly statements. On a side note it is always a good idea to review your statements even if you don’t use the card. And also if you don’t use it you may consider closing the card, having an emergency card is a good thing… but having three emergency cards that you never use will actually hurt your credit rating instead of helping it.

    Hope this helps!

Not unless your card has some sort of recurring fee.
