Although many people say 620 is the minimum, FHA does not actually look at scores – what they want to see is two year’s worth of clean credit (no late payments, etc.) for the time prior to the loan. They also want two year’s worth of steady employment and of course a debt to income ratio of under 41% including the mortgage.
You can’t. You need a FICO score that is at least 620.
