Any credit cards that regularly offer fixed 0% balance transfers?

I have a Citi card that once in awhile offers fixed APRs of 3.99% or 4.99% for the life of the loan, or 0% for 6-9 months. I have about k credit limit. My Capital One on the other hand stinks at a ,400 credit limit. Anyways, I'm thinking of doing a balance transfer from the Citi card to my checking account for $$$ and putting the $$$ in another bank that gives 5.20% interest, giving me about ,300 at the end of the year. I then pay the credit card in full.

In other words, I'll borrow the credit card company's money to make money. What I'm really looking for are credit cards that offer high credit limits and occassionally offers 0% interest rates for 6 months or more, with no more than 0 balance transfer fee, so I can make money off of them.

If you know of them from experience, please let me know. For example, if you have a Chase credit card or something that offers something similar occassionally, please respond.

Thanks in advance.
Yep, I understand very well how credit card companies work. When I do the balance transfer, I do not touch the credit card at all because I know my payments I make will go towards the lowest APR amount first, effectively leaving my high APR amounts accruing interest.

I will only do this with 0% balance transfers if it's fixed with no other gimmicks. Plus I have real good credit and am responsible in paying my bills on time.

Be careful because they are setting you up. Read the fine print. There is a 3% upfront fee. If you add this 3% to the 3.99% your new rate is 6.99%, which is higher than the 5.2% you will get from a bank. Not only will you lose money, but if you pay late even once, your rate will go up over 20% and you will get a knock on your credit report. Be careful, they are professional snakes.
