Refund of what I paid on a credit card with fraudulent charges?
I had a credit card and my identity was stolen. I filed an investigation with the credit bureaus and the credit card company sd I am not responsible for the charges/balance. I had been paying on the credit card because I wanted to protect my credit. Will I be able to get a refund for what I paid?

I am assuming that you had some sort of balance on that card before it was stolen? You will only be relieved of your obligation to pay for anything that was fraudulently charged – not the entire balance. If there was no balance at all, and the entire amount of the fraudulent charges are credited to your account, then yes you should be refunded anything paid as well.
Yes, you’ll get all of your $ back if the charges are proven to be fraud by the bank.
