Best Secured Credit Cards to build up good credit?

What are the best secured credit cards that report to all three credit bureaus? Where can I go to get them online? What is your experience with them?
I need it to build good credit b/c I have horrible credit. I am currently paying off my debt by settlements and payment plans.

http://credcards.bebto.com – try this one. I personally use their card. As I know it accepts everyone, even if a person has bad credit.
Any major bank should report to all three. I don’t have any secured credit card accounts but currently have a secured loan because of the same situation you are in. I would recommend looking into Citibank, Wells Fargo or Bank of America. I don’t recommend Household Bank because of the fees and interest. Any secured card will charge an annual fee, but if you go with the three banks above they are reasonable.
