    there are a few out there but one of them is Premier bank card it has some up front fees but they will get you approved and help you rebuild credit but just use this card for a few months just enough to build some credit then get a better one and cancel this one in about 6-9 months, check out http://www.fastcreditcardapprovals.com under bad credit section

    Go to your bank and ask about a secured credit card. After about a year with a secured card your bank will give you a real bank credit card. It takes time to rebuild your credit.
